The tables looked amazing with the blue ribbons and fresh flowers, and just as you mentioned, the food was truly 10/10. I didn’t get a chance to try the entrée as I was busy with guests, but I had the main meal and it was fantastic. The service was lovely, everything was well-organised, and even the cleanliness, especially the toilets, was very well maintained. Overall, everything went so smoothly, and we are genuinely so happy. A huge thank you to Parra Villa Function Centre for making our daughter’s 21st birthday unforgettable! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the venue and arrangements were. The team took care of every single detail beautifully. From the tech setup (projector, screens, sound system, and wireless mics) to the fun additions like the photo booth and a lovely welcome mirror, everything was perfect. The decor was stunning, featuring tasteful floral centrepieces and elegant chair ribbons, all supported by a fantastic, attentive bartending and wait staff. As for the food … wow! The Indian vegetarian menu was absolutely incredible and so generous. We were treated to live food stalls (chaats and pani puri), a gorgeous Italian grazing table, 5 table-served entrees, 6 mains with all the accompaniments, and a delicious selection of 5 desserts with tea and coffee. We originally thought about renting a community centre, but choosing Parra Villa was the best decision we could have made. Armaan and his team were brilliant. If you want a stress-free, spectacular event, look no further!

We chose Parra Villa for our engagement, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive. Arman and Kamal Ji were extremely accommodating and hands-on throughout the entire process. Arman, in particular, was available at all times—before the event and on the day—making sure everything was organised and running smoothly. It was very reassuring knowing someone so dependable was overseeing the event. One of the biggest highlights for us and our guests was the food. There was plenty of it, which was very important to us. Kamal Ji did a fantastic job arranging the champagne glasses and three sets of live food counters, which really elevated the entire experience. The guests especially loved the fish pakoras and pakoras, and we received countless compliments on both the variety and quantity of food. Arman also ensured we had opportunities to rehearse before the event, and he coordinated with the decorators so they could come in early to measure and plan properly. This level of preparation made a huge difference. On the day itself, he was constantly present, arranging things in the background and making sure everyone had what they needed. Overall, the service, flexibility, food, and pricing were all very reasonable for the quality delivered.

Professional and friendly staff members, amazing food, cleanliness was top notch. HUGE space for 50 guests (mind you they have another MASSIVE setup for few hundred guests as well). Our engagement at Parra Villa was nothing short of magical, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a bride. From the very beginning, Arman and Kamal Ji were incredibly accommodating, warm, and supportive. What truly stood out to me was how thoughtful Arman was throughout the entire process. He made it very clear that all decorators and vendors should go through him, so I wouldn’t feel distracted, pressured, or overwhelmed on the day—and that meant the world to me. As a bride, that level of care is priceless. Arman went completely above and beyond. He was available at every step, always calm, reassuring, and solution-focused. He even arranged for a mirror at the front entrance of the venue, something I hadn’t even thought of, but appreciated so much in the moment. He truly went out of his way to make everything perfect and made us feel like anything was possible. We were also given the opportunity to rehearse ahead of the event, and Arman coordinated with the decorators to come in early and take measurements, which made everything run so smoothly on the actual day. On the day itself, he was constantly around—quietly arranging things, checking in, and making sure we had everything we needed. The guests absolutely loved the food, especially the fish pakoras and pakoras, which were talked about all night! And considering the level of service, attention, and care we received, everything was very reasonably priced. Parra Villa didn’t just host our engagement—they looked after us. I’ll always be grateful for how special they made one of the most important days of my life.

One of the better function centres in Sydney. They catered exceptionally well for marriage reception of Punjabi family. Food was excellent; staff was courteous and decor/table set up was good. So, go and see Armaan if you are looking for modern take on set up and yet don’t want to forgo the quality/flexibility which Punjabi’s need especially at evening functions. I give them 5 ⭐️.

Had my parents 25th Wedding anniversary last week and just want to thank Mr Armaan the owner of Parravilla for giving my family a wonderful experience hosting this event. I was quite worried about the food as it's a challenge to please Pakistanis but Kamal made sure everything tasted great and fresh. I received heaps of compliments about the food without even asking which means everyone enjoyed it! The customer service was excellent. I was so caught up during the entire event but Kamal approached me time-to-time and made sure all the food was served on time and as requested, he got the team to pack me heaps of food, and also lend me his laptop for music which I truly appreciated. Also, the team who were serving the food were so kind and respectful! A special thanks to the entire team! The venue was wonderful, spacious, and clean as requested. The guests had heaps of space to walk/run around. It was simply beautiful. The ambience was spot on! I would 100% recommend this venue as reading the reviews attracted my attention initially and everything said about Kamal is certainly true. He had been so kind, respectful, and simply smooth to deal with!

I attended an event here, and honestly, if you'd like to pay to get judged, this is the place for you. Despite the buffet setup, the staff monitored our portions closely. One worker even made several comments while we were serving ourselves, which felt extremely unprofessional. We weren’t just serving ourselves but sharing with family, so we certainly didn’t need someone acting like the food was coming out of their paycheck, telling us how much to eat! We even received rude comments when we asked for our jugs to be refilled, something they should be doing without us having to ask. Instead of worrying about how much people eat, they should focus on learning basic customer service skills.

Kamalji and his team have created a wonderful space for hosting functions. I recently had my wedding ceremony there, and everything was fantastic. The organisation process was smooth, the space was well set up and easy to work with, and Kamalji was very approachable. Our guests loved the venue and its centrality and ease of access, but one thing that really stood out from the feedback we received from the guests at our wedding was about the food- everyone loved and kept complimenting the food. Kamalji had told us confidently that his team's palak paneer especially was an absolute standout, and I definitely agree- best in Sydney, if not the best I've tasted anywhere- that's for sure! We had my baby's first party in the small function room, this past weekend. The function room size and space was very generous. We initially started dealing with Kamal for enquiries and when we went to view the function room Armaan was there to assist. It were very easy going and great to deal with Armaan. Armaan answered all my questions and Armaan was very accommodating to my needs to setup laptop, etc. Armaan was also able to provide me with decorators he has had experience with before, and we chose one of them for the event to do the stage decorations. Towards the date of the event, Kamal also helped and answered my last few queries. The staff were also very pleasant to deal with and the Afghan menu we chose was exquisite, delicious and mouth watering. All of our guests loved the main course and desserts. Starting with location, it’s located in Westfield mall in Parramatta and hence getting there and parking is very convenient for the guest. The food was amazing, everyone was highly praising the food. The people who worked there were very lovely and helpful. Parking was a bit tricky though as we had to use Westfield and it was very busy before xmas. Imagine it is ok at other times of year though.

Great Party Venue! We had our daughters 1st Birthday in the smaller hall, perfect space for our 80 guests. The staff were very accommodating allowed us to come in early morning to setup our own decorations. The food was also great, although we did request some Sri Lankan menu items, it still ended up being Indian. A fantastic venue for anyone wanting to host an event here!
